Round-trip bus transportation from the Aerospace Corporation parking lot is included, along with water, soft drinks, and movies onboard to make the ride part of the experience. Bus loading begins Tuesday morning at 9:00 AM, with departure at 10:00 AM sharp. The group will return Friday evening at approximately 10:00 PM.

The $608 member price also includes light continental breakfast provisions and a Thursday night BYOB happy hour with snacks. Lift tickets, equipment rentals, and meals are not included, though members can participate in the traditional arrival-time betting pool and purchase an optional Friday night return bus dinner for $14 cash.
