Help us reserve a bus. Need 30 people to place a $100 deposit to reserve a bus. Due date is Sept 2026.
Club Member Price: $590 (Early Bird Discount) Save $70 by registering before Dec 20th. Regular price is $660.

Trip Price includes:
- Lodging at 1849 Condos. Just steps away from Canyon Lodge.
- Roundtrip bus transportation with water, soft drinks and movies.
- Tuesday departure: Loading starts at 9 am at Aerospace Corporation El Segundo Parking Lot. (Parking lot is gated and guarded.) Leave at 10 am.
- Friday return: Leave Mammoth 4 pm sharp. Arrive approximately 10 pm.
- Light continental breakfast provisions
- Thursday night Happy Hour with snacks. BYOB (Bring your own beverage)
Refunds are provided if (1) the trip fills up and (2) the club or you find a replacement. The bus trip might be combined with another club or canceled due to poor advance sales. If you are not feeling well on the day of the trip, PLEASE stay home and recover.

Trip Price includes:
- Lodging at Mammoth Estates Condos. Only two people per room. 8 people per condo.
- Round-trip bus transportation with water, soft drinks, and movies.
- Departure: Loading starts at 4:30 pm at Aerospace Corporation’s El Segundo Parking Lot. (Parking lot is gated and guarded.) Leave at 5:30 pm. Bring a $1 to place your bet on our arrival time. Winner takes the pot.
- Sunday return: Leave Mammoth at 4 pm sharp. Arrive approximately 10 pm.
- Light continental breakfast provisions
- Saturday night, Happy Hour with snacks. BYOB (Bring your own beverage). An optional dinner for the Sunday night bus ride can be purchased on departure day. Dinner Price is $13. Bring cash and the attached order form filled out with your choices.
